Cafe Manager
The Manager is a leader and sets the tone for the staff to follow with their energy and sincere desire for the best customer service.
Counter Service
Uphold the core values of the organization and its mission while consistently presenting and promoting brand integrity, product quality and customer service standards.
Barista
A Barista, or Coffee Bar Attendant, is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, other bever-ages to customers and customer service standards.
Cake Chef
Responsible for cakes, specialty orders and cakes for the house and the specialty. Train all new cake and retrain existing cake on new or seasonal product.
Bakery Assistant
Provides baked goods and prepped items by preparing menu items according to recipes and brand standards.
Steward
Responsible for performing simple manual work to maintain a clean and orderly bakery.
